1. Discussion Topic Criteria: Luxury Real Estate & Lifestyle Topics Only

We encourage you to post topics frequently that pose questions, stimulate conversation and also demonstrate your expertise in luxury/lifestyle matters. We want to create an exciting learning environment where we can all learn from each other, make connections that lead to international friendships and generate business referrals. Blatant self-promotion is not an acceptable discussion topic.

2. Appropriate Self-Promotion in Discussions:

An excellent way to build your reputation in the LOL community, promote yourself and get noticed is by contributing “follow-worthy” discussion topics and commenting on others’ discussions.

3. Your News:

Your news is also welcome in our LOL Group News, provided that it is newsworthy, and based on fundamental journalistic standards. If your listings are newsworthy, by all means, share it! No, blatant self-promotion disguised as news-please!

4. Sharing Your Listings:

We suggest that you share ALL of your listings directly with LOL group members on Proxio, the international MLS and global referral network ( http://www.Proxio.com ). Here, your listings are translated in 16 languages, and you can also form a personal global referral network with agents in 90 countries. If you have an extraordinary listing please bring it to our attention at ra@napaconsultants.com. Extraordinary LOL member listings will also be showcased on the LOL blog which feeds to LOL Group News on Linked In, Facebook, Proxio and all other LOL groups on social media sites. The LOL is syndicated on 25 websites and media.

5. Vendor & Service Provider Promotion:

We will have a Resource Directory for goods and services that may be of interest to our members on our companion site http://www.LanguageOfLuxury.com If you want to be considered for our directory and create a free profile with links to your own site, plus contact information please submit your request in a direct email to us at ra@napaconsultants.com Vendors are welcome to participate in our group discussions, providing that you do not blatantly promote your products or services. We will investigate all complaints about vendor and service provider promotion and delete those who are disrespectful of our LOL community members.

6. Events:

We will have an Events Calendar on ( http://www.LanguageOfLuxury.com ) upon launch. Please submit your events to ra@napaconsultants.com so we can promote them to members.

7. Jobs:

The Job Board on our LOL Linked In group is for job offers and job seekers only. The place to promote your services is in our Resource Directory not the Job Board. (See #5).
